Return Policy

At Tentations, we pride ourselves on ensuring customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have established a clear and simple return policy.

1. Products Eligible for Returns

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, only certain types of products are eligible for return or exchange:

1.1 Unopened Products:

Products that have not been opened or used, and that are in their original intact (sealed) packaging, may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

1.2 Clothing and Accessories:

Intimate clothing (lingerie, costumes) can be returned as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and still tagged.

1.3 Other Products:

Please note that intimate products, sex toys, lubricants, oils, and other personal-use items cannot be returned once their packaging has been opened, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. Products Not Eligible for Returns

For safety and consumer protection reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

- Intimate toys, vibrators, plugs, and other sexual objects if the packaging has been opened.

- Lubricants, creams, oils, and other intimate-use cosmetic products.

3. Return Conditions

To have your return accepted, the following conditions must be met:

- The return must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.

- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.

- The item must be returned with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

- If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

4.1. Contact our customer service

Contact us at contact@tentations.ch or via our online form, providing your order number and details of the product you wish to return.

4.2. Obtain a return authorization

Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.

4.3. Send the product back

Send the product back to us in its original packaging along with a copy of the invoice to the address provided by our team.

4.4. Refund or exchange

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. If accepted, a refund will be issued through the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, or an exchange will be shipped.

5. Return Fees

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of product defects or order errors on our part. We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping. It is recommended to use a tracked shipping service.

Additionally, for any returns not due to our responsibility, an administrative fee of 10% of the product's sale price will be applied.

6. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will offer you a replacement or refund, depending on the case.
