Alternative training for about 20 minutes a day with different weights.
Start with the unique support and the purple, yellow or turquoise ball: they weigh 40 grams each, which is perfect to start. Use a small amount of water-based lubricant for a feeling of comfort.
After a little training, you can go to the double support and combine the pink and blue ball: they weigh 50 and 60 grams.

Two ball holders are available, one hosts a ball, the other two balls. Both supports are very flexible and stretchable, so it is easy to change the different balls.
Each support has a practical drawstring of 5 cm long.
Balls and supports are made of safe silicone for the body.
